Common questions
Do I need to speak Chinese?
Not at all. Our on-ground team handles translation at supplier meetings, negotiations, and logistics. Language is not a barrier on this trip.
What if I can't get a visa?
Your fee includes our full M-visa documentation pack. You submit to the Chinese Embassy; approval is always at their discretion — we cannot guarantee it. Embassy fees are separate. Refunds if refused follow our cancellation terms; we recommend insurance that covers visa denial.
Can I extend my stay after the trip?
Yes. Many clients add extra days for shopping or additional factory visits. Tell us when you apply.
Is this trip only for the Canton Fair?
No. Fair dates are high-value windows, but the programme also covers Foshan factories, Shenzhen electronics, payment systems, and freight. Departures align with the fair calendar when possible.
